on the 1st floor are the storerooms which can be reached via the elevator or the outside stairs. on the first floor you will find the central entrance with doorbell panel, notice board and mailboxes. you go to the apartments by stairs or elevator. in this central hall you already get a taste of the color palette that awaits you in the apartment itself as well.
